Rules, scoring, controls, and tile art
Classic Turtle variation: Remove two free matching tiles at a time. A tile is free when no tile overlaps it from above and its left or right long side is open.
Matching: Numbered suits, winds, and dragons match identical faces. Any flower matches any flower. Any season matches any season.
Goal and score: Clear all 144 tiles to win. Each pair scores 100 points. If tiles remain but no legal pair exists, the deal is lost. Undo or Restart lets you try another path.
Mouse and touch: Click or tap two tiles, or drag one free tile onto a marked matching tile. Dragging onto the source, felt, or an invalid tile cancels safely.
Keyboard: Tab to a tile before using arrow keys to move among remaining tiles, then press Enter or Space to select. Escape first cancels an active in-game selection or drag.
Deals and privacy: Fresh deals use secure unbiased randomness and include at least one complete solution path. Nothing is saved, and the game makes no network requests.
Tile art: The locally embedded Hong Kong tile faces come from samoheen's public-domain mahjong-tiles set. No artwork is fetched while you play.
