Ludoic policies

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ludoic handles information when you visit ludoic.com and, once games are published, play them. Public games do not require an account.

Game progress stored on your device

A game may optionally save progress, settings, or statistics in your browser. Saved values must use a key beginning with ludoic:, stay separate for each game, and contain no personal information. This device-local data is not synchronized to Ludoic.

Each game that saves data must provide a visible reset option. You can also clear all Ludoic data through your browser's site-data or storage settings. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove saved progress.

Analytics

Ludoic uses Matomo analytics hosted at pase-analytics.com to understand site usage and improve the games. The tracker may receive page URLs, referrers, timestamps, browser and device details, IP-derived information, and first-party analytics identifiers, depending on its configuration. Public game progress remains stored separately on your device.

Server and security logs

Hosting systems may process an IP address, request path, date and time, browser user agent, referring page, and response status. These records help deliver the site, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and protect the service. They are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Administration

The private administration service uses secure session cookies and audit records for authorized operators. Public visitors cannot create an administrative account through the site, and private previews are not public game pages.

Providers, disclosure, and international processing

Information may be handled by infrastructure and analytics providers that help host, secure, and measure Ludoic. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies and local game data using browser controls. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority.

Children, security, and changes

Ludoic is a general-audience recreational service and does not knowingly collect information through public account registration because public accounts are not offered. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes.
