These terms apply when you access ludoic.com or use a Ludoic game. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Ludoic provides
Ludoic provides free browser-based card, board, puzzle, word, dice, tile, and strategy games for recreation. Games may be added, changed, corrected, or removed. Ludoic does not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or wagering.
Fair and permitted use
You may use Ludoic for lawful personal recreation and learning. You must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, misuse private previews, or infringe another person's rights.
Rules, randomness, and results
Each published game should explain the rules and scoring it implements. Some traditional games have regional variations, and randomized deals can produce different outcomes. Game state, hints, scores, and statistics are recreational information, not a promise that a deal is winnable or that a particular strategy will succeed.
Saved progress
A game may save progress or statistics in your browser. You are responsible for keeping any device data you value. Browser settings, software updates, private browsing, storage limits, or the game's own reset control may delete it. Ludoic does not promise recovery or synchronization of local data.
Intellectual property
Ludoic's branding, site design, original software, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Traditional game rules themselves may be public knowledge, but these terms do not transfer ownership of Ludoic's implementation or presentation.
Availability and no warranties
We may maintain, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludoic is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludoic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, revenue, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service.
